The quartz insert reads about 50-80° lower than the ceramic chamber due to the heat transfer, so run your Puffco 50-80° hotter than usual for the desired temp!
It is recommended to increase your dab duration in the app to 1 minute, to allow for the heat transfer to the quartz insert while the chamber heads up.
3 month warranty (not valid if purchaser does not properly maintain the chamber with regular cleaning)
With the most recent firmware update to the puffco link, it has a slight issue of sometimes not recognizing the chamber as compatible (but only with the link, not the puffco pro itself). To fix this issue, you just have to unscrew it and screw it back in, then it works fine. Please see the attached video for a demonstration. If you're not using it with the link, you can ignore this, it has no issues with the Puffco pro not recognizing it as compatible.
